Terms of Use – malagaairports.com
These terms govern your use of malagaairports.com, an independent passenger guide to Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport. Please read them together with our disclaimer and privacy policy. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
malagaairports.com is a free information guide published by Domino Services Ltd. in the United Kingdom. It is not the airport, Aena, an airline or a travel agent, so nothing on it is an official instruction or a booking. You may read and share the guide for personal use, but you must not misuse it, copy it in bulk or interfere with it. English law applies, without removing the protection consumers have under the law of the country where they live.

Who we are and when these terms apply
malagaairports.com is published by Domino Services Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13108907), registered office Hova House, 1 Hova Villas, Brighton & Hove, East Sussex BN3 3DH, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact (at) malagaairports (dot) com. Our full identification details are in the legal notice.
These terms apply to every visit to the site, in any language version. The site does not offer accounts, paid services or the sale of goods, so there is no separate contract with you beyond these terms of use. Services you book with third parties through links on the site are governed by those third parties' own terms.
What the guide provides
The guide gives general information to help passengers plan a trip through Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport: the terminal layout, transport, parking, services, baggage, security, customs, assistance and related topics, together with flight information pages.
- Independent. The site is not operated by or affiliated with Aena, the airport, any airline, ground handler, transport company or public authority, unless a page expressly says so.
- Information only. Nothing on the site is a booking, a ticket, a binding instruction or legal, medical, tax or immigration advice.
- Flight data. Flight pages use automated third-party schedule data supplied by AirLabs. Times, gates, statuses and codeshare details may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Check with your airline and the official airport displays.
- Volatile details. Prices, opening hours, timetables and fares change. Where we publish them, we show the date they were checked and point to the official source.
Your responsibilities as a user
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements. Before you rely on any information from the guide for a decision that matters – such as when to leave for the airport, which documents to carry, what you may bring in your luggage or how to get to your accommodation – confirm it with the airline, Aena, the transport operator or the competent authority. Allow extra time for queues, roadworks, strikes and other disruption.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site, print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and share links to it. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- copy, scrape, harvest or republish content or flight data in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems, or bypass security or rate-limiting measures;
- introduce malware, overload the site or interfere with its operation or other users' access;
- generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks, or encourage others to click on ads;
- frame the site or present its content as if it came from another source, or imply that we endorse you.
We may block access from IP addresses, networks or automated clients that breach these rules.
Third-party links, advertising and affiliate links
The guide links to official sources and other websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, prices or privacy practices.
When advertising is enabled, ads are selected and served by Google AdSense, not by us. An ad is not an endorsement, and any purchase from an advertiser is between you and the advertiser.
Some links may be affiliate links to travel services such as flight search, parking, transfers or car hire. If you make a qualifying booking, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The booking contract is between you and the provider; check its terms, cancellation rules and price before paying. Affiliate relationships do not decide the factual content of our guide pages.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, page design, selection and arrangement of information, graphics and software of the site belong to Domino Services Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property laws. Names, logos and trade marks of Aena, airlines and other organisations belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Short quotations with a clear link to the source page are welcome. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use needs our prior written permission – write to contact (at) malagaairports (dot) com.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any page or feature, including flight information, without notice. We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your visit applies.
Our liability
The guide is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on information on the site, from the unavailability of the site, or from the acts or omissions of airlines, Aena, transport operators, advertisers, affiliate partners or other third parties – for example a missed flight, a missed connection, a denied boarding, a refused item at security or an unexpected charge.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the law that applies to you.
If you use the site in the course of a business, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties to the extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Spain or elsewhere in the European Union, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the place where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that place as well as in the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint about the site, please write to contact (at) malagaairports (dot) com first; most issues can be resolved quickly by e-mail.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
